- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not use the site for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent any party.
- You agree to keep your contact details current so we can reach you about filings.
03 · Payments
- Payments for services must be made in advance through the authorised payment methods available on the website.
- Government fees are passed through at cost; our service fee is disclosed on the order page.
- Prices may be revised at any time, with or without notice — orders placed before a revision are honoured at the original price.
04 · Delivery of services
- Services are generally processed within the timeline specified on the service page after successful payment.
- Delays may occur due to technical or legal reasons; we will keep you informed.
- Where third-party authorities (NSDL, TRACES, etc.) are involved, their processing times apply in addition to ours.
05 · Limitation of liability
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect data provided by the user.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome or assessment under tax laws.
- Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the service fees paid for that specific service.
06 · Intellectual property

07 · Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.
08 · Cancellation policy
- Once a service request is processed, cancellation is not allowed.
- To cancel an order before service initiation, write to info@acutenetworks.in with your order details within 1 hour of payment.
- Any cancellation request after service-processing initiation will not be accepted.
09 · Refund policy
- Refunds are applicable only if we are unable to provide the service paid for due to technical or legal limitations on our side.
- No refunds shall be provided for incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.
- Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7 – 10 working days through the original mode of payment.
- Submit refund requests at info@acutenetworks.in with proof of payment and a reason.
